Strategy\n \n \n : The Company affirms that its dual-track strategy of: a)\nproducing and selling vanadium electrolyte to manufacturers of\nvanadium flow batteries (VFB); while b) advancing the Company’s\n \n \n vanadium-titanium-iron mineral resources in\nQuébec as the best path forward to enhancing shareholder value at the\nCompany.\n \n \n \n \n The international deployment of VFBs is growing rapidly\nto provide the longer-duration energy storage required to decarbonize\nelectrical energy grids. Manufacturers of VFBs in many countries will\nrequire an expanding supply of the high-quality vanadium-electrolyte\nthat the Company is producing.\n \n \n \n \n To help underpin the long-term viability of vanadium\nelectrolyte production, the Company has planned on enjoying future\naccess to its significant deposits of vanadium at its flagship\nresource at Lac Doré, Québec, on the assumption that the resource\nproperty can be developed and financed.
