(TSXV: VRB) (OTCBB: APAFF) (FSE: NWN)\n \n \n (the\n\"Company\") announces the following changes to the management\nteam of the Company:\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Peter Besenovsky\n \n \n will become the CEO of the European subsidiary of the\nCompany, VanadiumCorp GmbH, effective in April 2023.\n \n \n A mechanical engineer with an MBA, Mr. Besenovsky is active\nin the renewable energy power generation sector. He previously worked\nfor an international German engineering firm in Germany and the USA,\nwhere he opened an office for the firm and acted as its CEO. He is a\ndual Canadian, and US Citizen, holds an EU passport and speaks five\nlanguages.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n James Ross\n \n \n will\nassume the role of interim CFO of the Company, effective March 15,\n2023.\n \n \n Mr. Ross brings over 30 years of\nexperience as a financial professional and manager. He has previous\nexperience as a CFO and specializes in corporate and project finance\nand MA in the renewable energy industry.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Stephen Pearce\n \n \n has resigned as CFO of the Company, effective March 15, 2023, but will\nremain on the Company's Board of Directors.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n John Hewlett\n \n \n will retire from the Company's Board of Directors, effective March 30,\n2023, but will remain involved with the Company as a member of its\nAdvisory Board.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n VanadiumCorp's CEO Paul McGuigan stated, \"These\nmanagement changes will strengthen the Company's ability to execute\nour strategy of advancing our strategic mineral properties in Québec\nand entering the market for the production of vanadium electrolytes in\nCanada and Europe.\"\n \n \n \n \n Executive Chairman Ian Mallory said, \"I would like\nto thank John Hewlett for his years of dedicated service on the Board\nof VanadiumCorp and Stephen Pearce for his numerous contributions to\nthe Company as CFO.
