[{"type":"text","content":"\n\nVan Elle Holdings plc\n('Van Elle', the 'Company' or the 'Group')\n \n17 August 2023\n \nNotice of AGM and Posting of 2023 Annual Report\n \nVan Elle Holdings plc, the UK's largest ground engineering contractor, announces that its annual general meeting ('AGM') will be held at the Company's registered office at Southwell Lane Industrial Estate, Summit Close, Kirkby-in-Ashfield, Nottinghamshire NG17 8GJ on Thursday 21 September 2023 at 10.00 a.m.\n \nShareholders are welcome to attend in person but are encouraged to vote by proxy and to pre-register their attendance so that appropriate accommodation can be provided.
