[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n \n \n19 August 2024\n \nVan Elle Holdings plc\n('Van Elle', the 'Company' or the 'Group')\n \nFramework Delivery Partnership\n \nVan Elle Holdings plc (AIM: VANL), the UK's largest ground engineering contractor, has been confirmed as one of the delivery partners in Southern Renewals Enterprise's £1.4bn 10-year building and civils minor works framework programme for Network Rail's Southern region.\n \nThe Company will be allocated reactive, planned maintenance and small renewals projects across the Kent, Sussex, and Wessex routes covering control periods 7 and 8.\n \nVan Elle's award under the civils portfolio covers earthworks and drainage, with a specific emphasis on slope stability in response to climate change related infrastructure investment. Van Elle's involvement in the framework has the potential to run for the full 10 years, depending on performance.\n \nChief Executive Officer, Mark Cutler commented. 'We are delighted to be announced as one of the framework's specialist partners for CP7 and CP8 in the Southern region. This is an important milestone for Van Elle; we typically deliver our services through tier 1 principal contractors with whom we enjoy high levels of repeat business, but as part of the Southern Renewals Enterprise model in this framework for Network Rail, we will be involved earlier, with much greater workload visibility.
