[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Van Elle Holdings plc\n \n \n \n ('Van Elle', the 'Company' or the 'Group')\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Framework Award & Rail Investor Presentation\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Van Elle Holdings plc (AIM: VANL), the UK's largest ground engineering contractor, has been appointed to the Piling framework for the West of Leeds section of the Transpennine Route Upgrade (TRU) programme.\n \n \n \n \n \n TRU is a multi-billion-pound investment programme that will deliver reliability, capacity and journey time improvements between Manchester and York via Huddersfield and Leeds and is a key commitment in the government's £96bn Integrated Rail Plan (IRP).\n \n \n \n \n \n The West of Leeds Alliance (TRU West) is responsible for the transformation of the railway between Manchester and Leeds and is being delivered by an alliance of Network Rail, Arup, Amey OWR, BAM and Siemens. TRU West will undertake the electrification and re-signalling of the 42 miles of railway connecting Manchester and Leeds via Huddersfield, and will be working on over a dozen stations along the route.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Mark Cutler, Chief Executive of Van Elle said:\n \n \"We are very excited to be supporting the TRU West upgrade, which represents a complex array of projects that suit our breadth of expertise in the rail sector, while working in a collaborative environment which allows us to provide early engineering advice and cost effective solutions for this transformative infrastructure programme.\"\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Rail Investor Presentation: 3.00pm, Tuesday 19 July 2022\n \n \n \n Mark Cutler (Chief Executive) and members of the management team will host a presentation to discuss the Company's rail operations and future opportunities at 3.00pm on 19 July 2022.
