Ms. Nowak has over 16 years of work\n experience in the securities legal industry, including working with\n International Northair Mines. Prior to these positions, Brenda was a\n paralegal with DuMoulin Black LLP and held positions with Nexus Venture\n Capital Lawyers and Aber Diamond Corporation.\n\n\nThis appointment comes with the departure of Ms. Blair Lockhart as\n Corporate Secretary.
