There are no Ordinary Shares held in treasury. Each Ordinary Share entitles the holder to a single vote at general meetings of the Company.\n \n \n \n \n \n The figure of 64,882,490 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.\n \n \n \n \n \n Warrant Update\n \n \n As at the date of this announcement, 8,784,733 warrants at 13p have been exercised bringing gross proceeds of circa £1,142,015 (of which circa £111,041 were received in October 2020) to the Company and 249,999 warrants exercisable at 13p are outstanding.
