The clinical stage therapeutic compound VAL401 has recently completed dosing in Phase II clinical trials to treat patients with lung cancer. ValiSeek was formed to progress VAL401 into Clinical trials for the treatment of lung cancer and other oncology indications.\n \nNotification of a Fifth US Patent Allowance for VAL401\nValiSeek has received notification that a further method-of-treatment patent has been allowed by the US Patent Office covering the use of VAL401 in the treatment of prostate adenocarcinoma. The table below provides details of patents in the VAL401 portfolio that have been either fully granted or allowed.
