[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 6909V ValiRx PLC 19 April 2016 \n\n \n \n \n \nValiRx Plc\n(\"ValiRx\" or the \"Company\")\nIssue of Equity - conversion of loan note\n \nLondon, UK. 19th April 2016: ValiRx Plc (AIM: VAL), a life science company with a focus on cancer diagnostics and therapeutics for personalised medicine, announces that the Company has received a further conversion notice from Bracknor to convert £200,000 of its Convertible Loan Notes into ordinary shares in the Company.\n \nA total of £90,000 of Convertible Loan Notes issued to Bracknor remain outstanding following the conversion detailed above.\n \nConsequently the Company has today conditionally issued and allotted 2,702,703 new ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 7.4 pence per share. The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.
