Latterly, he has concentrated\non corporate broking having been a director and head of corporate broking at\nboth Investec Securities (2002-2005) and, previously, at Panmure Gordon\n(1990-2002).\n\nNick Thorniley currently holds 11,812,500 ordinary shares of 0.2p each in the\nCompany (\"Ordinary Shares\") representing 1.33% of the issued Ordinary Share\ncapital of the Company. In addition, he holds an entitlement to a further\n3,150,000 Deferred Consideration Shares, details of which are included in the\nCompany's admission document dated 8 September 2006.\n\nAnthony Moore, Chairman of ValiRx, commented:\n\n\"Nick has had an extensive career in corporate broking and played an\ninstrumental role in the Company's reverse takeover and admission to AIM.
