[{"type":"text","content":"\n Azure Holdings PLC\n03 October 2006\n\n\n Azure Holdings plc\n\n (the 'Company')\n\n First Day of Dealings on AIM\n\n\nFollowing the approval of the special resolutions at the Extraordinary General\nMeeting ('EGM') and Class Meetings held yesterday, the Company announces the\nadmission, in aggregate, of 885,191,389 ordinary shares of 0.2p each ('Ordinary\nShares') to trading on AIM today.\n\nAt the EGM, Barry Gold resigned as a director of the Company. Anthony Moore was\nappointed Non-executive Chairman; Dr Satu Vainikka was appointed Chief\nExecutive; Dr Jacob Micallef was appointed Chief Operating Officer; Dr George\nMorris was appointed Chief Development Officer and Kevin Alexander was appointed\nas a Non-executive Director of the Company. Gerald Desler remains as Finance\nDirector.\n\nThe Company's name is expected to change to ValiRx plc effective from 4 October\n2006.\n\nAnthony Moore, Non-executive Chairman, ValiRx plc, commented:\n\n'I am delighted that the reverse transaction into Azure Holdings plc has\ncompleted and the enlarged group is quoted on AIM.
