Purespectrum Inc. (PSRU:OTC) is pleased to announce that it will move to “Pink Current Information” Tier with OTC Markets Group Inc. by filing all of the required missing disclosure statements. To that end, the annual report for the year ended December 31, 2016 has been posted. The others will be posted over the next week.

Shareholders are asked to pay particular attention to “Item 10. Other Information” which clears up any confusion shareholders may have had regarding ownership/management of the Company.

In addition, even though Purespectrum Inc.(PSRU:OTC) fully divested itself of Nutrafill LLC. on September 7^th, 2018, the disclosure statements up to September 30, 2018 must reflect the financial and corporate information of Nutrafill LLC. Opportunity Knocks Television LLC. as well as the other acquisitions will reflected in the annual report for the year ended December 31, 2018.
