(TSX:VLE)(LSE:VLU) (the \"Company\" or \"Valeura\"), an upstream oil and gas company with assets in the Thrace Basin of Turkey, announces that on March 26, 2021 it issued an aggregate of 2,262,500 incentive stock options to a number of employees, officers, directors, and consultants, including an individual engaged in investor relations activities on behalf of the Company. This award follows the Company's normal course annual issuance having been reviewed and recommended by the Governance and Compensation Committee and subsequently approved by the Board of Directors on March 24, 2021.The stock options are exercisable for a period of seven years at an exercise price of C$0.52 per share and will vest over a period of three years.
