Change of Director Details

Valereum Plc (AQSE: VLRM) announces that it has reduced its shareholding in London BTC Company Limited, previously named Vinanz Limited ("Vinanz") as part of its capital allocation and investment strategy.

Valereum's holding in Vinanz has decreased from 27,325,171 to 15,400,171 shares, following the disposal of 11,925,000 shares ("Sale Shares"). The total proceeds from the disposal of the Sale Shares amounted to £1,755,641. Based on the original valuation of £0.01 per share, at which the Company received these shares as consideration for the sale of certain assets to Vinanz during 2023 (valuing the Sale Shares at £119,250), the Company has realised a gross profit of £1,636,391 from this disposal.

Change of Director Details

The Company also announced that Chairman, James Formolli, has changed his name by deed poll to his stage name, James Bannon, by which he is better known.
