In pursuance of the SEBI (PIT) regulations, 2015 and insider trading code and code of practices/ procedures for fair disclosure of unpublished price sensitive information and the trading window for dealing in securities of the company for all the insiders i.e., Directors/officers/Designated persons/promoters/immediate relatives of designated persons covered under company code of conduct for prevention of insider trading will be closed with effect from 1.4.2025 and will continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results for the quarter and year ending 31.3.2025The date of board meeting for consideration of audited financial results for the quarter and year ending 31.3.2025 shall be shortly intimated separately.
