As part of our new Business Plan we will be investing in Limited Partnerships designed to produce income. New management is working on many compliance related items and we may be filing form 6490 with FINRA in the coming weeks. This is a notice required to be filed by companies taking certain corporate actions and must be filed two weeks ahead of the planned corporate action. Late filings are subject to onerous fees. These contemplated corporate actions are in no way delaying the projects that are in the works.\n\nFilm: We have three movie deals to fund and a possible fourth, and are progressing nicely with the funding efforts. Our first film investment, Malacrianza is just finishing post production and will be shown at certain film festivals in the United States this Fall.
