Miami, Florida – December 14, 2011 – US National Telecom, Inc (US National) (OTC: USNL.PK), has updated its business plans and general corporate information.

US National is aggressively seeking to acquire distressed real estate in the State of Florida. The plan is to purchase cash flowing properties that have been extremely devalued by the current economic climate. These investments once leased offer substantial returns on investment compared if the investments are purchased at a discount. The Company anticipates that investment properties can be acquired through large sale auctions and real estate brokers that currently hold thousands of foreclosed and distressed assets on their books.

US National is currently completing due diligence on numerous acquisitions in the Florida market and will continue to do so in the coming months. As part of the due diligence process, US National has commissioned licensed real estate brokers in the state of Florida to not only seek out the types of properties that provide positive cash flow but also have the ability to retain the property and manage tenants during the term of the leases.
