Shareholder Update

Shareholders:

US Lighting Group and its wholly owned subsidiary, Intellitronix (www.intellitronix.com ), began in 2008 by designing and manufacturing microprocessor controlled LED instrumentation for the automotive aftermarket. Its customer base includes Summit Racing, Jegs and many other large distributors. Intellitronix products are sold worldwide and as far away as New Zealand. eBay sales alone are approximately $800,000 a year and constantly growing and projected to hit $1,000,000 for the calendar year of 2019. In addition to its own proprietary line of products, Intellitronix also designs and manufactures a wide range of custom private label products for its traditional distribution network in addition to Kawasaki motors and many other lesser known names. Intellitronix continues to grow at about a 25% yearly rate despite the fact it does ZERO advertising. Recently Intellitronix has entered into a relationship with Dehco, Inc., ( www.Dehco.com ) to design and manufacture products for the RV industry that Dehco caters to. Intellitronix first product for the RV industry is a proprietary energy management system that allows RV manufactures to build their RVs with a smaller than normal onboard generator than would normally be required. This new product developed by Intellitronix combines a circuit breaker panel with a custom microprocessor controlled circuit board that manages and distributes the power from the generator to allow for the use of a much smaller and less fuel consumption generator. Intellitronix has been in the development phase of this product for approximately two years and is now only in need of ETL testing. This product only requires additional funding for the ETL testing and capital for the large injection molds that need to be made for the large housing that encompasses the entire unit.

Intellitronix has a very long history of designing LED products and decided to create a product line that focused on LED lighting specifically. USLG (www.USLightinggroup.com) was therefore an offshoot of Intellitronix with its primary focus of manufacturing proprietary, exceptionally long life (21 years), 4 foot LED lighting tubes to replace fluorescent tubes in commercial and industrial applications. USLG products are stable and need no additional engineering. Its products are all tested by UL and ETL. On the surface USLG bulbs appear to be very expensive compared to its Chinese made competition. However, if someone takes the time to consider that it takes two Chinese bulbs to output the same amount of light that one USLG emits then additionally takes into account that those two Chinese light only last 5 years compared to the USLG bulb lasting 21 years then the simple math is that a customer can buy 8 Chinese bulbs or buy just one USLG bulb and only install it once instead of 8 times. USLG products are in with Home Depot (https://www.homedepot.com/b/US-Lighting-Group/LED/N-5yc1vZeluZ1z0vxij) but only on the Home Depot website. USLG is not in the stores, due to the fact that USLG/Intellitronix does not have the capital to advance huge sums of raw materials capital to China and then wait 90 days until it could ship finished product to Home Depot and then have to wait for Home Depot to pay USLG on terms. This problem could be easily solved by getting bank financing, however USLG has a space and equipment problem as of this writing. Although Intellitronix has inhouse high speed robotic printed circuit board assembly equipment, it is not nearly fast enough for the additional business that Home Depot and others would generate. Intellitronix is currently in process of implementing a second shift to keep up with current demand for existing business and obviously needs additional equipment. USLG BH series lightbulb is the only lightbulb that has the entire circuit on only ONE circuit board. This design has greatly eliminated many components and reduced much labor which allows this light to be manufactured in the US due to the elimination of manual labor. Unfortunately, the machine needed to manufacture this in high speed is approximately One Million dollars and is manufactured by Universal instruments (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ta6ilOJ2ZxI). This problem could also be solved by obtaining bank financing, however, the company has completely outgrown its current facility and has absolutely no space for this new line. Intellitronix has outgrown its space four times and now believes it is time to buy its own building.

USLG has just recently submitted an offer to purchase a standalone building in exchange for one million shares of USLG stock. https://www.loopnet.com/Listing/4630-Hamann-Pky-Willoughby-OH/8509765/

To date, all of USLG and Intellitronix product lines require minimal supervision from upper management and are very stable. Additional engineers are needed to expand the product lines by simply “copying and pasting” current products into additional applications. Therefore, Intellitronix has decided to enter into the robotics field which it believes is the next wave of vast fortunes to be made.

www.promobotus.com is the robotics division of Intellitronix. Partnerships have been created with Promobot, Quartile 3 Robotics, http://www.q3robotics.com/ and Certify-Ed https://certify-ed.com/ .

By utilizing IBM Watson, Intellitronix inhouse engineers have developed a weapons detection camera system to add onto a robot to help minimize high school shootings, and has applied for a patent on this technology. Although Intellitronix has entered into mutually beneficial relationships with other robotic companies, Intellitronix by utilizing its own knowledge and experience in electronics, mechanics and software, is currently developing, inhouse, its own proprietary fully autonomous robot that will not be needed to be connected to the internet/cloud to function. The initial plans are to make robots for sales and marketing. Robots are great attention getters and can retain far more information about a product than a human ever could. After the first robot is complete, the plans are to utilize already existing relationships, such as Home Depot to sell robots to Home Depot to attract and also help customers find products in each store and help with technical and sales questions about each and every product.

After the sales and marketing design phase is completed, the addition of security features would be very easy to implement.

Sincerely,
