EASTLAKE, Ohio, April 27, 2020 – Intellitronix Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the US Lighting Group, Inc. (OTC:USLG), announced today it closed on the purchase of a manufacturing and warehousing facility on E 222nd Street in Cleveland, Ohio.
“Intellitronix is thrilled to acquire the commercial property allowing us to expand our manufacturing footprint. We can continue to grow the business with the increased production capacity,” said Paul Spivak, CEO of the US Lighting Group. “The facility will also provide additional space needed to move forward on development projects we have with key players in the automotive, marine, and RV industries. The new acquisition should have a positive impact on our bottom line plus provide additional financial benefits to our shareholders.”
Intellitronix has plans to expand its production and warehouse operations, engineering and shipping departments, and workforce in line with meeting the company’s strategic business goals. The commercial building has 26,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing, warehouse and office space and sits on 2.0 acres of land.
As an industry leader in the automotive aftermarket, Intellitronix Corporation designs LED digital and analog gauges, off-road LED lighting, electronic switches, performance products including multi spark CD ignition systems, marine and off-road ignition systems. Products are sold through a network of large automotive distributors as well as retail channels. The Intellitronix Corporation also serves several OEM customers and has a large private label program.
