(OTC Pink: USEI) (PINKSHEETS: USEI) is pleased today to announce that USEI is continuing to execute its business plan and on June 27, 28 & 29 we will attend the MJBA Vendor Fair Summer event in Seattle. This is the 3rd event that we a have attended in the state of Washington; sponsored by the Marijuana Business Association. This is the first time that we are attending as a sponsor. Our goals are to expand our footprint into the state of Washington where in just weeks the cannabis industry will be open for business for medical and recreation just like Colorado . \n According to Anthony Miller CEO \"On April 11, 2014 we provided our last company update and that was and accurate representation of the status of USEI on that date... and currently, almost all of those events are in some ongoing status. Year to date, we have made approximately 10 trips to Colorado to find new legal cannabis business for USEI and have spent over $70,000 in the state to enhance our opportunities and we are continuing to have a presence in the state until we can fulfill our goals and objectives. The only opportunity we have abandoned in the state is hemp growing in 2014 which we... like every other grower in the United States were unsuccessful in obtaining seeds to grow hemp this year. The 2014 Farm Bill made hemp growing more legal but getting seeds from foreign countries was impossible. Colorado is a challenging state to do cannabis business because of their residency laws and it has been a challenge for us. We will continue to press on to reach our goals we just have to find new realistic timetables.\n \"There are two new business opportunities that we added since that update. One was a cannabis growing opportunity with American Green and the second was a vapor pen business with Lollipop. Our American Green relationship is very strong and we are actively looking at projects in Colorado, California and Washington where we can find synergy to work together. We collectively believe that we will develop great projects in 2014 and ongoing. Our Lollipop venture has ended effective immediately....
