Dry Fork is strategically located 10 km (6 mi) from the Nichols\nRanch Uranium Project in the Powder River Basin, one of the most\nimportant uranium-producing regions in the United States.\n \n\n\n\n The program is designed to assess the property’s\npotential for in-situ recovery (ISR) uranium and to establish priority\nareas for exploration drilling.\n \n\n\n\n The first objective at Dry Fork is to identify areas on\nthe property with uranium-bearing groundwater that could indicate\nzones of ISR-compatible uranium mineralization in the\nsubsurface.\n \n\n\n\n The first phase of the program will focus on areas\naround known water springs, where sampling will be conducted to test\nfor anomalous uranium. A second phase will extend the search using\nhand-held spectrometers to locate additional springs and surface seeps\ncarrying uranium that may have formed concentrated zones at the\nsurface. The spectrometer survey will be carried out over a systematic\nground grid to refine exploration targets and help guide future\ndrilling plans.\n \n\n\n\n “The Dry Fork program is an important step in\nadvancing our first uranium property in Wyoming,” stated Mark\nKolebaba, President and CEO of URZ3 Energy Corp. “By focusing first\non hydrogeological indicators, we are taking a cost-effective and\nscientific approach to prioritizing drill targets for ISR uranium\npotential. Dry Fork is expected to be one of a portfolio of properties\nin Wyoming and the southwestern United States, where we see renewed\nmomentum and growth opportunities due to U.S. governmental incentives\nand pathways to expedited exploration and production of uranium and\nother critical metals. Our team has had tremendous success in\nadvancing uranium assets from exploration to production\nscenarios.”\n \n\n\n\n In a September 15th interview with\n \n\n Bloomberg\n \n\n , U.S.\nSecr...
