Mr Kloepper is leaving the Company to pursue other opportunities. The Company also announces that it has appointed Kyle Appleby as Non-Executive Director to the Company with immediate effect. \nJohn Zorbas, the Chief Executive officer of URU Metals Commented:\n\"The Board would like to thank Henry for his contribution to the Company and we wish him the best of luck in his future endeavours.\nWe are very pleased to have Mr. Appleby join the URU team.
