(OTC PINK: UPPR)\n\n LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwired - December 08, 2015) - Upper Street Marketing, Inc. (OTC PINK: UPPR), is pointing to this week's $13.9 billion acquisition of Keurig Green Mountain (GMCR) as an illustration of the potential size of the single-serve cold beverage market. The manufacturer of the Keurig Kold single-serve cold beverage machine was acquired for a 78% premium over Friday's share price, on Monday of this week. Upper Street Marketing recently acquired the maker of the Sprizzi Personal Beverage System, the most capable, full-featured single-serve cold beverage system on the market today. \"Keurig's acquisition shows that the market and private investors recognize the potential of single-serve cold beverages in the $1-trillion beverage industry,\" said Sprizzi CEO Michael Breault. Sprizzi's single-serve drink solution can pour a 16oz soda, energy-drink or specialty beverage in less than 1/10th the time of Keurig's Kold, allowing it to function in homes, as well as offices or health clubs with more than 25 users per machine. Sprizzi can also deliver consumables for less than half the cost of Keurig's offering. \"We've developed a significantly more capable solution than what Keurig has been able to offer,\" said Breault. \"That allows Sprizzi to address a much broader segment of the market.\" Sprizzi has distribution agreements in place with partners in the United States, Canada, Australia, Asia, the Middle East and Europe. The company is currently producing units of its beverage solution to fill existing orders, while aggressively expanding into offices and health clubs around the world. Upper Street Marketing also recently acquired natural sweetener company Nature's Agave. The acquisition allows Sprizzi to leverage Nature's Agave's existing distribution and retail channels with Walmart, Williams-Sonoma and the U.S. Military Commissaries.
