The publication of the 3rd Supplementary Prospectus is a regulatory requirement under the Prospectus Rules following the publication on 27th October 2017 of the Company's Annual Report and Consolidated Financial Statements for the financial year ended 30th June 2017.\n3rd Supplementary Prospectus\nThe Supplementary Prospectus is supplemental to, and should be read in conjunction with, the Prospectus dated 28th November 2016 (the \"Original Prospectus\"), the Supplementary Prospectus dated 21st February 2017 and the 2nd Supplementary Prospectus dated 26 September 2017, all published in connection with the Placing of 169,230,770 Ordinary Shares (completed on 1st December 2016) and the Wressle Farm-in Agreement dated 24th November 2016 (still to be completed).\nCapitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Original Prospectus, unless otherwise defined herein.\nA copy of the 3rd Supplementary Prospectus will shortly be available on the Company's website at http://www.uplandres.com and hard copies will also be available at the offices of the Company's financial adviser and broker, Optiva Securities Limited, 2 Mill Street, Mayfair, London W1S 2AT.\nThe 3rd Supplementary Prospectus has also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available shortly at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.\nFor further information, please conta...
