WK has resigned purely for normal commercial reasons: specifically, Upland was WK's only main market listed audit client and the regulatory costs associated with this role had become greater than the fees generated by the Upland audit work.\n \nSteve Staley, CEO of Upland Resources Limited, said:\n \n\"We are pleased to appoint CCW as our new auditors.
