Brand Neue Corp.

Section 164 of the Securities Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 418


¶ 1 Brand Neue Corp. (Brand Neue) is a Nevada corporation that is an OTC reporting issuer under BC Instrument 51-509 Issuers Quoted in the U.S. Over-the-Counter Markets(BCI 51-509).

¶ 2 Brand Neue has not filed:

      1. interim financial statements for the interim periods ended June 30, 2010 and September 30, 2010, as required under Part 4 of National Instrument 51-102 Continuous Disclosure Obligations(NI 51-102) and section 5(b) of BCI 51-509, 

      2. Form 51-102F1 Management's Discussion and Analysisfor the periods ended June 30, 2010 and September 30, 2010, as required under Part 5 of NI 51-102 and section 5(b) of BCI 51-509,

      3. copies of its news releases dated June 4, 2010, June 8, 2010, and related material change reports, as required under Part 7 of NI 51-102 and section 5(b) of BCI 51-509, 

      4. copies of the following documents that Brand Neue filed with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission:

      (a) Form 8-K Current Reportdated May 27, 2010, filed June 3, 2010
      (b) Form 8-K Current Reportdated and filed June 4, 2010
      (c) Form 8-K Current Reportdated and filed June 9, 2010
      (d) Form 10-K Annual Reportfor the fiscal year ended March 31, 2010 filed
      July 14, 2010
      (e) Independent Contractor Agreement dated July 1, 2010 and filed 
      July 14, 2010
      (f) Form 10-QA Quarterly Reportfor the period ended June 30, 2010, filed August 16, 2010
      (g) Form 8-K Current Reportdated August 27, 2010, filed 
      September 2, 2010
      (h) Form 8-K Current Reportdated September 20, 2010, filed 
      October 14, 2010
      (i) Form 8-K Current Reportdated September 20, 2010, filed 
      October 14, 2010

      as required under section 11.1 of NI 51-102 and section 5(b) of BCI 51-509,

      6. Form 45-106F1 Report of Exempt Distributiondisclosing the private placement on June 4, 2010 of 2,530,000 common shares of Brand Neue

      (the required records).

¶ 3 Under section 164(1) of the Act, the Executive Director orders that all trading in the securities of Brand Neue cease until:

      1. it files the required records, completed in accordance with the Act and rules, and

      2. the Executive Director makes an order under section 171 of the Act revoking this order.
