(\"\n \n \n Belair\n \n \n \"), and\nGreenshoe Media Group Inc. (“\n \n \n Greenshoe\n \n \n ”) have been retained to support UI\nin enhancing the reach of its market awareness campaigns and\ndeveloping productive conversations with current and future\nshareholders and other market participants.\n \n \n \n \n Vancouver-based INN has been engaged for a six month\nterm, during which it will assist in distribution of UI news to\nINN’s network of subscribers for a fee of $58,000.\n \n \n \n \n Belair, based in Toronto, specializes in corporate\nfinance advisory and messaging across various social media platforms,\nand will assist UI in improving market awareness and with\ndissemination of UI news releases.
