[{"type":"text","content":"Greenville, SC – On July 6, 2011, Unitronix Corporation announced that subsequent data was awaited to determine if work performed on the Cobb Bay and Mattabi area mining claims could merit elevating the potential of either or both of these properties held by its subsidiary, 3936449 Canada Inc. All information has now been received and analyzed and both properties are now considered as having excellent potential. National Instrument 43 101, “The Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects within Canada,” a regulatory requirement for inclusion in a prospectus to becoming a public company was originally considered on the basis that only the Jumping Lake prospect owned by the Aur Lake Exploration Inc. would be reported. This has been expanded to include the Cobb Bay and Mattabi area prospects and an agreement to perform this service with a qualified corporation, on an accelerated schedule, is being completed. Obtaining and funding the cost of the NI 43 101, other costs involved in becoming a public company in Canada and hiring personnel is a challenge that management will be required to meet on an as needed basis and will do its utmost to move the project forward to a successful conclusion.
