With the completion and signing of this report, Dana will cede his role as Interim President as the company announces the appointment of Gerald “Jerry” Condon as the new President of URHG. Jerry brings extensive management experience to URHG as the company looks to expand from a mining exploration company into a company that more reflects the mantra in the company name “Holding Group.” In addition to Jerry’s appointment as President, two board members have been added since the last shareholder meeting. William Loughmiller was added in January and Arnab Sarkar in March.
