[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 6290P Senterra Energy PLC 21 November 2016 \n\nFor immediate release 07.31 21 November 2016\n \n \nSenterra Energy plc\n \n(\"Senterra\" or the \"Company\")\n \n \nTermination of Acquisition \nand \nRestoration of Listing\n \nThe Directors of Senterra announce that the transaction contemplated in the non-binding letter of intent (\"LOI\") announced on 23 May 2016 (\"Announcement\") to acquire the entire issued share capital of Oasis Smart Sim PTE Ltd (\"Oasis\"), has been terminated by Oasis. \n \nThe Announcement also referred to the possibility of a short-term loan being provided by the Company to Oasis; however no such loan has been or will be made.\n \nThe board is disappointed that Oasis have chosen to withdraw from the transaction at this late stage. However, the Directors believe that there continues to be other attractive businesses and technologies available for acquisition.
