TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS AND SHARE CAPITAL

In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules (DTR 5.6), the Company makes the following disclosure with respect to the share capital and voting rights of the Company.

As at 27 February 2026, the capital of the Company consists of 539,725,185 ordinary shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of shares in the Company is 539,725,185.

The above figure (539,725,185) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
