Block listing Interim Review
The Unite Group plc has provided a six-monthly return detailing the balances of unallotted securities under its various share schemes. As of November 30, 2025, the Unapproved Share Option Scheme holds 12,192 securities, the Savings Related Share Option Scheme has 169,449 securities, the Approved Option Share Scheme has 84,753 securities, and the Performance Share Plan has 137,780 securities. During the period from June 1, 2025, to November 30, 2025, the Savings Related Share Option Scheme and the Performance Share Plan were increased by 30,000 and 150,000 securities respectively, while 89,350 securities were issued under the Performance Share Plan.
