Unisource Corporate Corporation (OTC Markets: USRC) today announced that subsidiary company Visionship, Inc. will be entering into a deployment agreement with 3PL Global, LLC, (3PL Global). 3PL Global, a rapidly expanding Southern California based third party logistics company with over 500,000 square feet of warehouse space, has entered into this agreement with Visionship to better serve their client needs. 3PL Global will integrate the Visionship Transportation Management System (TMS) and other Visionship G3 technologies into their operational environment, allowing 3PL Global to create added client value from outside their four walls.\"Personalized service, flexibility, product security, cost savings, and accountability have been the cornerstones of 3PL Global; and, with the new value added services through Visionship enabling Door pickup and Door Delivery, we believe we can now initiate and grow this new operational segment of our business very significantly in the first year\", said Mike Cadero, President of 3PL Global. Since 1994, 3PL Global has evolved to stay on the leading edge of distribution methods and technologies. The 3PL Global team has effectively traded over $800 million in revenues, while collectively assisting large logistics operations to achieve in excess of $700 million in operational cost savings. 3PL Global recently announced that due to rapid growth, the company will be moving key operations from Irvine California to a significantly larger and modernized operational hub in Fullerton California. Visionship technologies will be integrated as part of this facilities move, with scheduled deployment in early Q1 2014.
