Dixon, also, told sources, “The Master\nDistributor agreement held by UMAX Corp will generate profitable revenues and\nother strategic alliances. These will\ncome through spin-off contracts not only with Solar Panel Distributors within\nthe United States but also with selected distributors in Central and South\nAmerica.” Regional distributors\nthroughout the Americas will allow the UMAX SOLAR and UMAX Development, LLC to\noffer clients best pricing on high-quality solar panels, technology and\ncapacity to install system commercially as small as 50 KW up to a 1 to 20\nmegawatt systems. \n\nBeginning in 2016, the UMAX real\nestate and solar divisions will accept contracts of commercial and residential\ninstalls. While UMAX Development--real\nestate division-- pursues integration of Solar in its “I” home concept, UMAX\nSolar will engage public companies offering municipality’s solar power capacity\nwith installations of megawatt systems within small to medium, and/or,\nunderserved communities. UMAX Solar, also, will provide and facilitate\nmunicipalities with larger installs and a PPA (Power Purchase Agreement).
