[{"type":"text","content":"Press\nRelease: May 24, 2017\n\nShareholder\nUpdate: \n\nUMAX\nGroup Corp (“UMAX”) has engaged an auditor to prepared the financials for\nfiscal year ended April 30, and 2016 (2-year audit) with the goal off filing a\nForm S-1 Registration Statement (“Form S-1”) with the Securities and Exchange\nCommission (the “SEC”). The goal of the filing of the Form S-1 is to once again\nprovide transparency to the market, but to also become a fully reporting\ncompany. Furthermore, a consulting firm has been hired and paid to prepare the preliminary\ndraft of the Form S-1 which upon completion will be reviewed by our recently\nretained SEC attorney prior to filing. The company is moving forward to\nbecoming fully reporting once again subject to the comments and SEC effectiveness.\nIt is the intention of the company to complete the process within the next 4-6\nmonths hopefully, again subject to comments from the SEC. \n\nThe\nCEO Ian Dixon quotes, “It has been a long road with positive momentum, however,\nwe feel the filing with the SEC will allow us to not only gain added\nshareholder confidence, but will open the door for future capital and new\nprojects.
