The launch of their online store was also finalized at the end of February. Ultrack has concluded the purchase of software technology rights and customer base from Blasket Investments. These acquisitions will enable Ultrack to complete its current product in development and increase revenues. The technology will significantly enhance the final stage of developing our next portable tracking product. This product is slated to offer coverage in the 10km range in phase one and 25km in phase two. Ultrack will provide further details on the release of this product once available. The software is the base communication between serial devices and the specific hardware chip. This technology is based on Java script and will fully support the needs of Ultrack’s development roadmap. This software is proprietary and outperforms competing product currently available.
