Details of the votes received are available on the Company's website at www.upplc.com.\n \nFollowing the passing of Resolution 17 (the \"Delisting Resolution\"), the Company today expects to make an application to cancel the Company's listing of the Ordinary Shares on the Official List and from trading on the Main Market (\"Delisting\") and seek admission to trading on AIM (\"Admission\").
