Following this purchase, Mr McCarthy has a beneficial interest in 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 1.1% of the Company's issued share capital.\n \n \n The Company was also informed on 1st September 2022 that Robbie Bell, Non-Executive Director, on 1st September 2022 bought 100,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 119.7p per Ordinary Share.
