As a result, Mr. Frank's is now interested in 7,270,400 Ordinary Shares, representing 8.85% of the Company's issued share capital. \n \nThe Beneficiaries are subject to the Lock-up arrangements set out in paragraph 6 of Part 11 of the Prospectus published by the Company on 1 March 2017 (\"the Prospectus\").
