[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n \n \n \n 17 November 2022\n \n \n \n \n \n UP Global Sourcing Holdings plc\n \n \n \n \n \n \"Ultimate Products\" or \"the Group\"\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Posting of Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Ultimate Products, the owner of a number of leading homeware brands including Salter (the UK's oldest houseware brand, est.1760) and Beldray (est.1872),\n announces that, following the release of its final results statement on 2 November 2022, it has today published its Annual Report and Accounts (\"the Annual Report\") for the year ended 31 July 2022.\n \n \n \n \n \n The Company also announces that it will hold its Annual General Meeting at 2.00pm on Friday 16 December 2022 at the Company's registered office at Manor Mill, Victoria Street, Chadderton, Oldham, OL9 0DD.\n \n \n \n \n \n Copies of the Annual Report and the Notice of the 2021 Annual General Meeting are available to view on the Company's website: \n \n \n www.upgs.com\n \n \n . They\n have also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at \n \n \n https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism\n \n \n \n in compliance with paragraph 9.6.1 of the FCA Listing Rules.
