Update on Publication of 2021 Accounts

Ukrproduct Group Limited ("Ukrproduct" or the "Company") announces that due to continued delays with local audit processes, caused by the Russian invasion of Ukraine and the ongoing war, it now expects to complete its audit for the financial year ended 31 December 2021 and post its annual report and accounts ("Annual Report") in late September 2022.

In the meantime, trading in the Company's shares on AIM will remain suspended pending publication of the Annual Report.

The Company expects to notify its interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2022 by 30 September 2022.
