Ukrproduct Group Ltd 15 February 2008 Ukrproduct Group Ltd (the "Company") Exercise of options The Company announces that it has issued 1,042,896 new ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") following the exercise of options at 53.5p per share ("Option Shares") by the Company's nominated adviser and broker, WH Ireland Limited. Application has been made for the Option Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 21 February 2008.
