APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR

Ukrproduct Group Limited (AIM: UKR), one of the leading Ukrainian producers and distributors of branded dairy foods and beverages (kvass), is pleased to announce that Olena Telychko, Chief Financial Officer of the Group, has been appointed as a member of the Board of Directors effective immediately.

Olena Telychko has been a key member of the executive management team, overseeing the Group's financial operations and contributing significantly to its strategic development. The Board welcomes Ms. Telychko to her new position and looks forward to her continued contributions.
