No new ordinary shares have been issued and accordingly the total number of shares in issue remains unchanged. \nAs previously announced ordinary shares of the Company of 10 pence each have been approved for admission to trading on the Ukrainian Stock Market pursuant to the resolution of the National Commission on Securities and Stock Market of Ukraine dated January 14th, 2014. However due to a number of delays which were outside of the Company's control and were caused by the necessity to finalize the formalities between the regulators the launch of trading has become possible as of February 2015.\nUkrproduct Group Ltd is the first Ukrainian Company listed outside of Ukraine to be admitted to trading on the Ukrainian Stock Market. \nSergey Evlanchik, CEO of Ukrproduct Group commented: \"We are pleased to have completed the cross-listing of the Company's shares on the Ukrainian Stock Exchange alongside AIM LSE.
