Following this acquisition, David Michael Lattimore,\nwill have an interest in 19,345 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing\napproximately 0.05% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share Capital.\n\n\n\nJack Rowell, a non-executive director of UKR notified the Company on 28 June\n2006, that he had acquired 20,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the share\ncapital of the Company (\"Ordinary Shares\") at a price of 38p per Ordinary Share\non 27 June 2006.
