Allen is Senior Vice President of Houston-based Premier Oilfield Laboratories, having previously been Chief Operating Officer of well analysis experts Nutech. Allen also held senior positions with Schlumberger. He holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Texas Tech University and an MBA from Mays Business School in Texas. \nThere are no other matters which are required to be announced pursuant to paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 to the AIM Rules.\n \nStephen Sanderson, UKOG's Executive Chairman, commented:\n \n\"These are two significant appointments for the Company. \n \nCenkos has established a reputation as one of the leading corporate brokers in the AIM oil and gas sector.
