Upon publication of this announcement, this information is now considered to be in the public domain.\n \nUK Oil & Gas PLC\n(\"UKOG\" or the \"Company\")\n \nDelay in publication of accounts and temporary suspension of trading on AIM\n \nThe Directors of UK Oil & Gas PLC (London AIM: UKOG) announce that due to additional time being required by its auditors, appointed earlier this year, its annual report and accounts for the year ended 30 September 2024 (\"ARA\") will not be published by 31 March 2025, being the deadline for publication under Rule 19 of the AIM Rules for Companies.
