ITG will trade shares of the Company on the Canadian trading venues with the objective of maintaining a reasonable market and improving the liquidity of the Company's common shares.The term of the agreement is for 3 months renewable automatically but with a 30-day notice period thereof. The company pays $5,000 per month for the services rendered. ITG will not receive shares or other securities as compensation.
