[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n\n\nTORONTO, July 23 /CNW/ - Tri-White Corporation (the "Company") (TSX: TWH)\nannounced that the Company has filed articles of amendment under the Canada\nBusiness Corporations Act to change its name to "ClubLink Enterprises\nLimited". As previously announced, the name change was approved by\nshareholders at an annual and special meeting held on June 30, 2009.\n\n\nThe Company has also obtained approval to change its TSX ticker symbol to\n"CLK", such change will become effective within two or three trading days. As\na result of the name change, the CUSIP number for the Company's common shares\nwill be changed to 18948H109 and its ISIN to CA18948H1091.\n\n\nClubLink Enterprises Limited (formerly Tri-White Corporation) has a\nproven record of building and delivering value through its corporate\ninvestment operations. In addition to owning approximately 72.6% of the shares\nin ClubLink Corporation, Canada's largest owner and operator of member golf\nclubs, the Company also owns a 100% interest in the historic White Pass &\nYukon Route Railway, including strategic holdings in the port operations and\nsupporting excursions, based in Skagway, Alaska.\n\n\n","length":1245,"tagName":"div"}]
