There are currently 22,891,006 common shares\noutstanding. Paros and S.N.A. Management Limited together with K. (Rai) Sahi,\nwho exercises direct and indirect control over both companies and is a\ndirector, the chairman and chief executive officer of Tri-White, will,\nfollowing this acquisition, beneficially own 16,832,906 common shares\nrepresenting approximately 73.54% of the outstanding common shares of\nTri-White.\n\n\nThe common shares were acquired through the facilities of the Toronto\nStock Exchange for investment purposes only and Paros could increase or\ndecrease its investment in Tri-White depending on market conditions or any\nrelevant factors.\n\n\n","length":903,"tagName":"div"}]
